Returns and Refund Policy – HyperSole Official

At HyperSole Official, we strive for complete satisfaction with every order. Should you be dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we are happy to assist you. Below you will find our returns procedure and the relevant terms and conditions.

Common reasons for returns and solutions

Delayed delivery

Has your order arrived later than the promised delivery time (21 days)? If so, you will receive compensation of €7.

Defective or manufacturing fault / quality issue

If the product is defective or has a manufacturing fault, we will send you a replacement pair free of charge.

Wrong size or colour ordered

You can exchange or return the product, but in this case you will be responsible for the return costs.

You have changed your mind

You don’t want to keep the item after all? No problem – you can return or exchange it. Please note that in this case you will be responsible for the return costs.

Received the wrong or an incomplete item

Have you received the wrong item or a missing item? We will send you a new one free of charge or refund the return costs if you return the incorrect item.

Damaged parcel on arrival

Has your parcel been damaged during transit? Don’t worry – we will send you a replacement product free of charge.

Errors in delivery details

Please check your address carefully before completing your order. If you have made a mistake, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can correct the details in good time.

How to submit a return

  1. Contact us: Within 30 days of receipt, send an email with your order number and the reason for the return to info@hypersole-official.com.
  2. Confirmation & return address: Our customer service team will confirm your return and send you the correct return address. (Please note: If we do not hear from you within 14 days, the authorisation will lapse.)
  3. Preparing your return: Pack the product securely in its original packaging, including all accessories supplied.
  4. Return: Send the parcel to the address provided and share the tracking information with our team.
  5. Refund: Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will refund the purchase price within 5 working days via the original payment method.

Non-returnable items

  • Pre-orders
  • Used or damaged items that are no longer in their original condition
  • Promotional products or special offers such as 1+1 free→ Returns for such promotions are possible, but limited to a maximum of 3 products per customer to ensure fair stock management.

Damaged product on delivery

If your product has been damaged during shipping:

  1. Take clear photos of the defect on a flat surface, including the shipping label.
  2. Send these, along with a brief description, to info@hypersole-official.com within 5 days
  3. You will receive a new product free of charge. In the event of a second defect, you will be refunded the full purchase price.
